He began his journey as an end usersupporting a call center, and rapidly ascended through roles including Tier 3/4 support, Professional Services consultant, and Developer. In 2007, he established CTIntegrations, LLC, a Systems Integration company, over the years however it was transformed from a robust integration and consulting firm into a software product company. Under his leadership, CTIntegrations achieved significant milestones before its acquisition by Avaya, INC in 2021.

Ronny has collaborated extensively with most Fortune 500 companies in the U.S., specializing in integrating their contact centers with third-party systems. His comprehensive expertise and hands-on approach have made him a pivotal figure in advancing industry standards and enhancing enterprise communication technologies.
