Services and scope

CXFabric provides integration automation software and delivery services for customer experience systems. Work may include platform walkthroughs, workflow discovery, connector planning, custom development, credential design, deployment planning, and customer-owned runtime architecture.

Fixed-price implementation scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, support expectations, and deployment details are defined separately for each project.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business, technical, security, connector, and deployment information.
• Confirming that you have authority to discuss systems, data, credentials, and implementation needs on behalf of your organization.
• Reviewing and approving workflow designs, connector behavior, data flows, AI usage, and production deployment plans.
• Complying with laws, industry requirements, customer obligations, and internal policies that apply to your systems and data.
• Keeping account, connector, API, credential, and authorization information secure.

Data and credentials

You retain ownership of data you provide to CXFabric or make available through approved customer systems. You grant CXFabric permission to process that information as needed to respond to inquiries, scope work, provide services, support implementations, secure systems, and fulfill agreed project responsibilities.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment card data, production secrets, or unnecessary sensitive information through website forms or informal communications. Credential handling for customer environments should be defined through approved security procedures.

Connectors and third-party services

Some connectors are available through public APIs, while others require customer authorization, vendor approval, partner access, private network connectivity, or custom development. Third-party systems may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue access.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those providers. CXFabric is not responsible for third-party platform availability, data practices, pricing, API changes, or service limitations.

Connector starter source

Authenticated connector downloads are developer starter source intended to help you begin a CXFabric integration. Many are generic scaffolds rather than implemented vendor actions. The download page identifies the package type and validation performed. A starter package is not a finished integration, a promise of compatibility, or a representation that it has been tested for production use.

An approved account holder may download, copy, adapt, and use the starter source to evaluate, develop, test, or implement a CXFabric integration for its organization or a customer it is authorized to serve. CXFabric retains ownership of its source code and marks. This permission does not allow resale, public distribution, or sublicensing of the starter package. A separate written agreement may provide different rights.

Before use, you are responsible for reviewing and testing the source for your systems, security requirements, data, and intended workflow; obtaining required third-party permissions; and protecting credentials. Dependencies and third-party APIs remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website or CXFabric-related materials to:

• Violate applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, or third-party rights.
• Transmit unlawful, misleading, abusive, harassing, harmful, or unauthorized content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, network, credential, connector, or data.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the website or related systems.
• Upload malware or use this website to test, scan, or attack systems without authorization.

Website content and ownership

Content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software descriptions, and visual concepts, is owned by CXFabric or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and use website content for internal business evaluation of CXFabric. Except for the limited permission for connector starter source above, copying, modification, distribution, display, or sale of website content requires prior written consent.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website is provided as available. CXFabric makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, about website operation or the information, content, materials, or products included on this website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CXFabric disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from website use.

Connector starter source packages are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, quality, completeness, compatibility, security, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. CXFabric does not guarantee that a package will work with a particular tenant, platform version, third-party API, or production environment. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or changes a signed agreement with CXFabric.

Changes and governing law

CXFabric may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas.
